Welcome to CityTourWalks ("we," "us," or "our").

By using our website citytourwalks.com or purchasing a tour, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

1. What We Do

CityTourWalks creates personalized walking tours for cities around the world.

Our tours are generated with the help of AI and real-time Google Maps data.

You can:

  • View a free tour preview (basic route and stops)
  • Buy the full tour to access detailed descriptions, insider tips, and directions

All tours are for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Buying Tours

Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy.

We never see or store your payment details.

After payment, you'll receive:

  • A confirmation email from LemonSqueezy
  • A unique link from CityTourWalks to access your purchased tour

Your tour link does not expire and is for your personal use only.

3. Refunds

We want every traveler to be happy.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, such as:

  • The tour didn't meet your expectations
  • There was a technical issue
  • Your travel plans changed

To request a refund, email sp@citytourwalks.com with your order ID or tour link.

Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy within 3–5 business days.

After a refund, your tour link will no longer work.

4. Fair Use

To keep things fair for all users, please don't:

  • Share your paid tour link publicly or resell the content
  • Copy or redistribute tour texts or maps
  • Use the tours as part of a commercial guide or business

We reserve the right to block abusive or automated use of the site (e.g., scraping, bots).

5. Information Accuracy

Our tours use public and real-time data from Google Maps, but things can change.

We cannot guarantee that:

  • All places are open or accessible
  • Prices, hours, or routes are perfectly accurate
  • Every route is safe or suitable for your fitness level

Please double-check important details before traveling.

Use common sense, stay aware of your surroundings, and follow local safety guidelines.

6. Liability

CityTourWalks is provided "as is."

We can't be held responsible for:

  • Injuries, losses, or damages while using our tours
  • Inaccurate or outdated information from third-party sources
  • Temporary unavailability of the website or services

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your tour.

7. Privacy

We only collect the minimum data needed to deliver your tour (like your email for the access link).

Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy.

We don't sell or share your personal data.

We comply with GDPR and respect your right to access or delete your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on CityTourWalks, including design, code, and branding, is owned by us.

You may:

  • Print or save your tour for personal use
  • Share it privately with friends or family traveling with you

You may not:

  • Copy or publish tour texts or maps online
  • Use our content for commercial purposes

9. Service Availability

We aim for smooth operation and fast delivery, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external factors (e.g., Google Maps API limits).

We'll always work to restore access as soon as possible.
