Welcome to CityTourWalks ("we," "us," or "our").
By using our website citytourwalks.com or purchasing a tour, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What We Do
CityTourWalks creates personalized walking tours for cities around the world.
Tours are generated with the help of AI and third-party place data (including Google Maps).
You can:
- View a free tour preview (basic route and stops)
- Buy the full tour to access detailed descriptions, tips, and directions
All tours are for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Buying Tours
Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
LemonSqueezy is responsible for payment processing, taxes, invoicing, and chargebacks. We never see or store your payment details.
After payment, you'll receive:
- A confirmation email from LemonSqueezy
- A unique link from CityTourWalks to access your purchased tour
Your tour link does not expire and is for your personal use only.
3. Refunds
We want every traveler to be happy.
Voluntary refund policy: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, including:
- The tour did not meet your expectations
- A technical issue occurred
- Your travel plans changed
To request a refund, email sp@citytourwalks.com with your order ID or tour link.
Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy within 3–5 business days (depending on the payment method).
After a refund is issued, your tour access link will be deactivated.
This voluntary refund policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply to you.
4. Fair Use
To keep things fair for all users, please do not:
- Share your paid tour link publicly or resell the content
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute tour texts, routes, or maps
- Use the tours as part of a commercial guide or service
- Use automated tools or bots to extract or generate content
We reserve the right to block abusive or automated use and to invalidate access obtained in violation of these Terms.
5. Information Accuracy
Tours include AI-generated content and third-party place data, and conditions may change.
We cannot guarantee that:
- All places are open, available, or accessible at the time of your visit
- Prices, opening hours, ratings, or routes are fully accurate
- Every route is safe or suitable for your fitness level
- Local conditions will not affect your tour
Please verify critical details (such as opening hours or ticket requirements) before visiting.
6. Liability
CityTourWalks is provided "as is" and "as available."
We are not responsible for:
- Injuries, losses, or damages while following a tour
- Inaccurate or outdated third-party information
- Temporary service interruptions
- Decisions made based on the tour content
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).
7. Privacy
We collect only the minimum data required to deliver your tour.
Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on CityTourWalks, including design, branding, code, and tour content, is owned by us or licensed to us.
You may:
- Print or save your tour for personal use
- Share it privately with people traveling with you
You may not:
- Publish or distribute tour content publicly
- Use the content for commercial purposes
- Remove branding or attribution notices
9. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external dependencies.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the service. For purchased tours, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain access.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
